Merlin will lead you through a gentle, restorative practice combining mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to release tension, calm the nervous system, and support recovery and reset from the stresses of travel.   Leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and ready for a deeper night's sleep.
