Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa's "We Can't Wait" elopement package includes a ceremony for up to 10 guests, with the opportunity to return within 18 months and enjoy $1,000 off your reception site fee.

Availability & Timing
Pricing varies based on your venue, guest count, menu, and celebration details. Our team will work with you to prepare a personalized proposal.
Dates and venues are available on a first-come, first-served basis. A signed contract and a 25% deposit are required to secure your reservation. We are unable to hold dates or venues without both.

Yes. Weddings held Sunday through Thursday are available at reduced rates. Please contact our Wedding Sales team for more information on seasonality and associated fees.
We host one wedding per day. However, the resort may also welcome guests attending off-site weddings or wedding celebrations taking place on other dates.
Payments are divided into four installments between signing your contract and your event date. A final estimate of charges will be provided before your wedding and will include an additional 10% allowance for incidentals.

Indoor spaces may be included in your contract as a weather backup. The resort does not provide tenting. If your outdoor celebration requires a tent due to rain or wind, you are responsible for arranging the rental.
Our on-property venues are centrally located, making it easy for guests to move between celebrations. Each space offers its own distinct atmosphere for a memorable wedding experience.
Yes. A venue may be used for multiple portions of your celebration. Additional labor charges apply for any required room transitions or changes in setup.
Your contracted venue fee includes two hours of setup and one hour of teardown.
Noise, Timing & Curfew Policies
Music must end by 10 p.m. in all outdoor spaces, the Sonoma Valley Room, and the Pavilion. Exceptions may be possible with a buyout. At Sonoma Golf Club, the Kenwood Ballroom, and The Gallery, music must end by 1 a.m.
Yes, bands, DJs and live performers are allowed in our event venues and must adhere to noise ordinances.
Drone use is permitted only with pre-approval. Proper licensing and insurance must be provided. We do not allow fireworks per city ordinance.
Additional hour of event time at Sonoma Golf Club or Kenwood Ballroom can be reserved for $1,200 per hour.
Catering & Beverage Policies
We offer in-house catering and also welcome outside catering services. An outside catering fee applies and is based on the needs of your event.
Yes. Menu tastings are available for up to four guests, including the wedding couple.
Site fees at Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa include full bar set up, as well as a dedicated event services manager, on-site banquet manager, chef and service staff.
Yes. Outside wine is welcome, and a $35 corkage fee applies.
A required 26% fee applies, consisting of an 18% gratuity and an 8% administrative fee.*

Vendor Restrictions & Coordination
Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa works with a number of local vendors. We are pleased to share our preferred vendor list with you upon request.
Yes. Couples are responsible for arranging an outside wedding planner or coordinator, florist, and photographer. A $1,000 deposit is required when using vendors outside our preferred vendor list.
We do not provide on-site wedding coordination. At minimum, a day-of coordinator is required to oversee your celebration.
