For a century, the Champlain restaurant has celebrated local flavors and the art of hosting. On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, this legacy continues across the various regions, with an experience that blends Quebec’s culinary traditions with the creativity and elegance of the Champlain table.


On December 24 and 25, immerse yourself in a four- or five-course gastronomic experience, accompanied by carefully curated wine and fizz pairings.

An alcohol-free pairing is also available.

The musical talents of Mademoizelle Fizz will accompany the celebrations throughout the evening. An invitation to meet around an exceptional table!
