All retail items are subject to availability. Please allow a lead time of at least twenty-four (24) hour for 1-2 items and forty-eight (48) hours for 3 or more items to be prepared. Purchased online via Fairmont Makati Boutique are strictly for in-hotel pick-up. Guests must pick up their items in person, or make their own courier arrangements.
Chocolate items will be given in their best possible condition upon pick-up. Fairmont Makati will not be liable for any breakage, melting or other damage to items that may occur once the guest has received the item/s
Vouchers are non-refundable, non-convertible to cash in part or whole or to be used as rebates.
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP), inclusive of VAT and are subject to a 10% service charge and local taxes.
Vouchers are not for resale and cannot be reused once successfully redeemed.
