Chef Jérémie Falissard leaves Barroco behind in Old Montreal to join Chef Roland at REIGN’s pass. For one night, two kitchens become one, a full menu built together, dish by dish.
Together, the chefs pay homage to their culture and the traditions that have shaped their cooking, while bringing their individual perspectives, techniques and experiences to the table. Each course is a reflection of their shared roots and the creative connection between two kitchens.
